About Tiangong

Tiangong is China's modular space station, designed for long-term crewed habitation and scientific research. The station consists of a core module (Tianhe) and two experiment modules (Wentian and Mengtian). Operating at an altitude of approximately 390 km with an inclination of 41.5°, Tiangong supports experiments in space medicine, materials science, and Earth observation. It completes an orbit roughly every 92 minutes and is permanently crewed in rotation by Shenzhou missions.
